This fantastic two story home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is centrally located in the Retreat at Legacy Park off Highway 27 in Davenport . MILEAGE TO WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 14 MILES AND UNIVERSAL STUDIOS IS APPROXIMATELY 23 MILES.

During the COVID-19 outbreak, we will clean all of our properties using the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
You will find plenty of room for your family to spread out and relax with two living areas, (one with a flat screen tv), and an open plan kitchen. Additionally you have a games room in the garage and a tv and games area on the upstairs landing.
The fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances which include a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware etc. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the kitchen table with seating for 4 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Or make it more formal by enjoying a meal at the dining room table with seating for 6.
The screened in pool deck allows additional space to relax and lounge in the sun or splash in the pool after a day at the parks.

Home is SELF-CATERING which means that you'll have the accommodations and facilities to prepare your own meals but nothing additional will be provided. Your home may include the following supplies: Soap in the Bathrooms, 1 Trash Bag in each bin/garbage can, Small Laundry Detergent, Small Dish Detergent, and Dishwasher Tabs.

The Retreat at Legacy Park is centrally located with a Publix grocery store nearby (in Berry Town Center) on Highway 27 and for the larger shopping needs there is a Super Walmart in Clermont (near Cagans Crossing less than 5 miles from the home). In both these shopping areas you will find a few restaurants and take away available. If you are looking for more choice take a quick drive up Highway 192 W where there is an abundance of choices. (Carrabba’s, Outback, Bonefish, Manny’s Chophouse, TGI Friday’s and etc just to name a few).
