Important Information This vacation home is licensed by the State of Florida and is equipped with required safety features, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and pool safety equipment. This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities but are responsible for purchasing supplies needed throughout their stay. A small starter supply may be provided upon arrival, which can include bathroom soap, one trash bag per bin, a small amount of laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs. These items are intended only to help guests get started and are not replenished during the stay.
