This lovely condo features a spacious Master Bedroom downstairs along with the living room and kitchen while upstairs you’ll find the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Living Room offers a comfy and relaxing place to sit and enjoy some TV time while not outside enjoying the sun. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc.You will find everything you need at your fingertips to prepare your daily meals. Then you can enjoy them while sitting at the dining table, at the kitchens counter with bar seating, or even just in front of the TV if you’d like.

1st Floor
Master Bedroom features a King size bed and a Private En-suite Bathroom with a large bath tub to soak in after a long day.
2nd Floor
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with a Private En-suite Bathroom as well.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 Twin beds each with easy access to the third bathroom just down the hall.

Your villa will also come equipped with a private washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

Swimming Pool: There are 4 community pools at Venetian Bay with the closest one being just across the street from your condo offering you the ease you want. The main community pool also offers a spa for your enjoyment. Please visit the clubhouse for entry details.

Parking Notes: Parking is available directly outside the building and throughout the development. Boats and commercial vehicles are not allowed.
