Walt Disney World Resort – approximately 14 miles Universal Orlando Resort – approximately 23 miles Publix is conveniently located nearby at Berry Town Center, and a Walmart Supercenter near Cagan's Crossing is less than 5 miles from the home. You'll also find numerous restaurants and takeout options nearby. For even more dining choices, head toward Highway 192, where you'll find a wide variety of popular restaurants. LIVING AREA The open-plan living area provides plenty of space to relax after a busy day at the theme parks. Comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV make this a great gathering place for family and friends. A child safety fence is provided for the pool. POOL HEAT Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Pool heat is required to heat both the swimming pool and attached spa. Please contact Titan Vacation Homes at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed during their stay. HIGHGATE PARK Highgate Park is a gated community conveniently located off Highway 27 in Davenport. Berry Town Center, with Publix and several restaurants and services, is nearby. A Walmart Supercenter near Cagan's Crossing is less than 5 miles away. For an even larger selection of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, Highway 192 is just a short drive away, making this home a convenient base for exploring Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and everything Central Florida has to offer.
